Selected Work

Beach Cottage Chronicles

Seaons 1 – 4 (in production) | HBO Max

Beach Cottage Chronicles' goes beyond showcasing exceptional design; it's a deep dive into the stories and connections that give each space its unique character. As the director and DP, my role has been to immerse our team and viewers in the feeling of being inside these homes, capturing the emotion and experience through design and creating meditative moments for viewers to experience the space with us. Now in its 4th season, the show continues to evolve, and now as a co-executive producer, I support our team in maintaining our focus on genuine observation and heartfelt storytelling. I'm proud that this show leads with emotion, allowing our images and conversations with the homeowners to provide a deeper understanding of what these places mean to them.

The Art of Listening

2021 | Sony

Directing 'The Art of Listening' was an exploration of music creation and the connection between artist and audience. Working with filmmaker Michael Coleman, we traveled the world to uncover stories of artistic purpose and its impact on listeners. Our journey took us from the lively streets of Tokyo to the peaceful redwoods of San Francisco, enriching the film with diverse sounds. Collaborating with artists like Christopher Willits, who provided an immersive soundtrack, added depth to our story.

This project was a personal exploration, answering questions I had about music since my studies at NYU. It was an opportunity to visually express the journey of a musical note from its creation to its reception. Each location and artist we encountered brought me closer to understanding listening as an active, engaging experience.

Fundamentals of Floral Design

2022 | Magnolia Network

The Fundamentals of Floral Design' for Magnolia Network took me to Valle de Bravo, Mexico, where I worked with floral artist Gabriela Salazar in her beautiful workshop and flower farm. This project was realized with the support of a skilled local Mexican production team, including G&E, sound, and set designers. Each episode showcased the beauty of floral design against a backdrop of natural colors, creating a visual narrative for both beginners and enthusiasts. The project was a blend of careful planning and spontaneous creativity, inviting viewers to appreciate the artistry of floral design. Working with a Mexican team not only enriched my visual storytelling but also deepened my appreciation for the fusion of nature and artistic expression.
